Hello hello!! These are my terms of service. Please read through them carefully, and let me know if you have additional questions about it. Read through my terms of service BEFORE contacting me for a commission.Thank you so much!
By reading this terms of service, you agree to it and will abide by them. By violating the terms of service, you will be blocked as well as blacklisted.
- i have the right to decline a commission if I feel as though it does not fit into what I feel comfortable drawing, or if it does not fit into my skill level.- i have the rights to my artwork and may use my artwork as a portfolio and to post on social media.- you may not use my artwork for any AI learning or anything similar to it, as well as NFTs.- payment must be fully upfront, I won’t accept anything other than that.- up to 3 revisions is allowed.- please specify if you need a commission done by a certain date. rush fees are small, but they still apply.- a commission will most likely be delivered in either 2 weeks or 2 months, as I often experience art block and sometimes lose motivation for art,, ; (◞‸◟)- My artwork is allowed to be used as commercial use, as long as I'm credited as the original creator of the artwork.- refunds will be issued if the commission hasn’t been started or finished for over 6 months, or if I feel as though I cannot complete the commission at that point in time.- my artstyle changes frequently, so it may not look exactly like my other examples.
